We do find some rising stars aged from 18 to 21.  We welcome them because they are mature, level headed, responsible and have suitable experience and meet all of our stringent requirements.

Rates may be slightly more affordable for our Rising Stars but you still have peace of mind knowing that they meet every requirement to join our team.
