 We then commence the search by talking with all suitable Nannies, on our database, starting a job advertising campaign, and recruiting new Nannies if needed.

 The recruitment process is extensive and we prioritize Nannies who are applying for your position for all the right reasons.   

Knowledge that we have spent hours with each nanny, getting to know them, and conducting thorough screening by:  

• Screen profiling every application
• Taking copies of current First Aid, Working with Children checks, Police checks, child care qualifications, 
• validity and identity, reference checks and other verification checks.  

Once you have read the profiles and discussed each of their qualities with us, we will coordinate an interview  between each Nanny and your family so you can learn more them and find the best connection. 

We will provide you with tips to ensure you get the most out of the experience in the comfort of your home. 

The hardest part of the process can be deciding between two or more Nannies so we will arrange trials so that everyone gets the opportunity to share more time together. 

Intuition is also essential; a deeper knowledge that helps you identify intangible things like "chemistry", character and values.
